We have confidence in our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept your return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Our 30 day money back guarantee covers the products for sale on Tilesin1.com with the exception of clearance items and special order products.
